Krios Photography provides various booking options based on location: Events: We offer both general photography coverage and exclusive studio sessions for events. Our general photographers capture spontaneous moments and interactions throughout the event. For event studio sessions, you can book 15-minute slots online, which include 3 included images. Additional images can be purchased through a private online gallery on www.KriosPhotography.com. Additionally, for select events like the National Airsoft Festival, we offer the option to hire a private photographer to accompany you out in the field. London Studio: Our London studio presents 3-hour sessions primarily designed for headshots and portraits. We aim to expand our offerings in the future to cater to diverse needs. If you have specific requirements or requests, feel free to reach out to us for personalised sessions and services.

Just locate the event you're attending on the homepage, and from there, you can choose a session and make your booking online. If the event is not visible, please reach out to us, as we may not have a studio at every event we attend.

We require two payments: Deposit: To secure your session, a deposit is required, and this can be completed through the Krios Studio Website. We accept payments via Card, Apple Pay, or Paypal. Final Payment: The second payment is settled at the event/session, typically at the conclusion of your session. This can be made using Card, Apple Pay, or Cash (exact amount if paying in cash).

You have the option to modify your booking through your account. However, it's important to be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your session, and rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours before.

The studio is typically designed to accommodate a comfortable gathering of up to 8 people, but with a bit of adjustment, we can manage to squeeze in a maximum of 12 individuals.

Just arrive with yourself and your gear at your designated time. Upon arrival, we'll assist you with the check-in process in our system. If participating in an airsoft event, ensure that your rifle is not powered, and your magazine is empty. This precaution eliminates the need for eyepro (eye protection). We'll inspect your rifle, including and magazine, at the beginning of the session.

Following your studio session, within two weeks of the event, you will receive an email at the address you provided during booking. This email will include a link to access the Private Gallery, showcasing all the captured and edited photos. Additionally, the email will feature a coupon code enabling you to redeem your three complimentary images. Upon entering the gallery, simply select your favorite images and add them to your basket. If you wish to include more than the allotted three images, feel free to add those to the basket as well. Once all desired photos are added, proceed to checkout, where you can apply the coupon code to waive the cost of three photos. After completing the checkout process, you will either receive a download link or have prints sent to your specified address.

According to UK law, specifically the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the copyright of any photograph remains with the photographer. As the photographer, I retain all copyright ownership over the images taken during the photography sessions.

Copying or scanning the images without written permission constitutes an infringement of copyright law. To obtain permission to use the images, please contact me to discuss your needs.

Selling the images to a third party without first obtaining a licence agreement from me is strictly prohibited. Should you wish to sell or use the images for commercial purposes, a formal licence agreement must be negotiated and the appropriate fee paid.
